Easy move in process. Stored boat in the unit and it was spacious and easy to back in to the unit. Due to being able to store my boat at home in a new garage, no longer needed the unit. Very responsive to emails on the move out process making it extremely easy and efficient.

I rented a 12 x 12 unit from Alexandria Northside Storage. The unit was very clean when I moved in. The security gate was controlled by me with my personalized access code. Access to my unit was very easy with a wide time slot to access the unit. The security of the property was top notch. Highly recommend if looking for storage! This location was always well-kept, cleaned, and never had problems with the gate. The fully enclosed property with a gated entrance always made it feel safe and secure. The location made it feel private, but not far out of town. Always a fast response time via email or text if I ever had any questions. Easy auto-pay billing was very convenient as well. I will be back in the future if extra storage needs arise!
